Impact: 30min after taking, for about 18? hours Symptoms: Everything cleared up. I feel more differenced awake/tired. Executiv functions work so much better, esp. speaking what I think. But it also increases my presence for extern stimuli, I get overwhelmed more easily. Only helpful on okayish days! No PEM afterwards.

Methylphenidate has been a game changer for me. Prior to starting this, I was bedridden 20+ hours a day, and essentially housebound.
