Took for dysautonomia symptoms like increased erratic heart rate (25%)low blood pressure with standing (25%)variable temperature hot flashes and cold. Actually helped a great deal especially wit POTS like symptoms and heart palpitations or racing heart (25%)also helped with fatigue. (25%)Lower blood pressure (compensated by midodrine) (25%)

Initially got on it for POTS/feeling ill when sitting up or standing up an dit helped very well. When I got COVID again and started having PEM I realised it helped preventing PEM. When I tried lowering my dosage I immediately got PEM form something I never had before and never had since back on the current dosage
