The first six weeks or so of the PT helped my vestibular symptoms (dizziness, balance, etc), but then they started ramping up the exercise at each session until I was doing pretty intense workouts a couple times a week. They "graduated" me for completing the program and recommended I continue the exercises at home. I didn't realize it at the time (I hadn't heard of PEM), but I believe it harmed me in the long run. My baseline went down significantly over the following months, until I could no longer even go on a daily 10-min walk.
