A transdermal patch that delivers a continuous dose of nicotine. It is being investigated for Long COVID based on the hypothesis that it may displace the Spike protein from nicotinic receptors, thereby improving dysautonomia symptoms.

This literally cured my breathing problems from stress. Cut the patch into 4ths, start out with a small dose and increase it as you go. It helps a lot with my stress-induced breathing problems and reduces my anxiety. Give yourself some days without it so you don’t get addicted.

For me it starts working 10 hours after putting it on, improves breathing and deep relaxation for anxiety. However tolerance develops quick so use when needed.
