My GP suggested I try keto because it creates energy in a different way. While i saw a very small improvement over the course of 4 weeks it was just so depressing and difficult to maintain. Maybe it would have continued to improve had I stuck with it but it was just too miserable.

Removed high histamine foods and ingredients and seasonings. Added back on schedule. After couple months was not dealing with the brain fog and headaches.
