These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern access to and use of the MyLongPath platform, published by Weigel Consulting SAS. MyLongPath is a community platform for people living with Long COVID. It enables daily tracking of symptoms, treatments, and energy levels, as well as connecting with similar profiles.
Using the platform implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these conditions, please do not use MyLongPath.
MyLongPath is freely accessible to anyone aged 16 or older, in compliance with European data protection regulations for minors. Registration requires a valid email address and the creation of a password. Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.
MyLongPath offers the following features: • Daily journal: track energy, sleep, mood, anxiety, and pain • Treatment tracking: medications, supplements, therapies, and lifestyle habits • Dashboard: visualize trends over time • Similar profiles: anonymous matching with comparable profiles • Community forum: exchange between members • PDF report: export health data • Pacing: daily energy envelope management • Wearable data: optional integration with Google Fit, Fitbit, and Apple Health
Collected data is hosted on Google Cloud Platform, europe-west9 region (Paris), certified HDS (Health Data Hosting). For more details on data processing, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Users agree to: • Provide accurate information during registration • Not use the platform for illegal purposes • Respect other members in community spaces (forum) • Not attempt to compromise platform security MyLongPath does not provide medical advice. The information displayed does not replace professional medical consultation.
All platform content (text, interfaces, source code, logos) is protected by intellectual property law and belongs to Weigel Consulting SAS. Data entered by users remains their property. Users grant MyLongPath a limited license to use their data for service operation.
MyLongPath is provided "as is". Weigel Consulting SAS does not guarantee: • Uninterrupted service availability • Accuracy of analysis results (similarities, AI insights) • Suitability of displayed information for the user's medical situation Under no circumstances shall MyLongPath be held liable for medical decisions made based on information provided by the platform.
Users may delete their account at any time from their profile settings. Deletion results in the permanent erasure of all personal and health data. Weigel Consulting SAS reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these Terms.
Weigel Consulting SAS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any substantial changes. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
